Our modern facility features three separate refrigerated rooms with controlled temperatures ranging from -10°F to 38°F, allowing us to safely manage products with different storage requirements. With over 2,500 bar-coded, racked pallet locations, a 24-hour temperature monitoring system, and energy-efficient LED lighting paired with an ammonia refrigeration system, we ensure consistent product integrity and operational efficiency.

Designed for high-volume logistics, our facility includes six sealed refrigerated loading doors and the equipment and experienced staff needed to load and unload more than 30 trucks per shift. Conveniently located in Fall River, Massachusetts, less than half a mile from Route 24, Eastern Ice offers easy regional access for fast distribution throughout New England.

In addition to reliable cold storage, we provide a full range of value-added warehouse services, including case picking, container unloading, cross-dock services, reworking damaged loads, specialized product handling, and both long- and short-term storage.
